Can’t Find an appointment that works? Once you create a profile you can put yourself on the waitlist for your available days. If we get a cancellation you will get an email or text notification. Make sure you choose the right appt length and dates.

Parking: * 1 designated spot directly in front parking lot. First spot on the right (East). * There are two open spots based on availability closest to the building on the left side of the lot (West) which do not have a designated parking sign in front of them * Plenty of street P parking in the front of the building and to the East side of the building

No-Show Policy Reminder:

Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% cost of treatment no show fee.

Patients who provide 12 hours notice or less or miss their appointment, will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. Missed or late notifications affect our ability to provide care to patients - thank you for your understanding.
